This house is located in Clear Lake, Bay Glen subdivision, right
off of Clear Lake City Blvd, close to where it meets El Dorado. It has over
2000 sq. ft., and it is beautiful. It is close to Ellington and JSC (see
map), and has community swimming pools. I moved out
to get closer to work, not because I didn't like the house or the neighborhood.

You could live in this house, with full use of all appliances and community
services for only $1450 per month. I am very flexible. For example, you
can save $50 a month (year round) if you take care of all of the lawn maintenance
(mowing, edging, watering) yourself. Different length leases available.
A deposit of $1200 can be paid up front, or 12 payments of $100 over 12
